Construction management: You are responsible for the construction management in the case of new and remodeling measures of roadway systems, civil engineering and mast foundation, as well as assembly of the roadway systems including driving current feed.

Oversight: The monitoring of the construction sites and construction sites as well as the control of the construction design also fall into your area of responsibility. You also take responsibility for the use of security officers, security posts, and local construction monitoring.

Check: Carefully check all invoices for correctness.

Plans: As a construction manager, you are responsible for the disposition of internal services, coordination of deliveries and material orders. With your expert knowledge, you will also set up work or operating instructions.

Communicate: In your professional position, you represent the interests of the KVB to the contractors and other third parties.

Qualification: You have a completed degree or a national degree. Technicians and masters in the field of construction, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

Experience and know-how: You bring relevant professional experience in construction, e.g. in civil engineering, infrastructure construction or roadway construction.

Flexibility & mobility: Occasional work on weekends or on holidays do not constitute an obstacle to you.

Continuing education: You are motivated to further train yourself, especially for electric skills for defined activities.

Personality & Working: Self-responsibility and goal-oriented approach your tasks. You appear convincingly and score with communication strength and team skills.
