Role Summary In this role you will lead the strategic design, standardization, and continuous optimization of global recruitment processes ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a high-quality hiring experience Your role Lead the global Attract‐to‐Contract (A2C) recruitment process across all countries, ensuring high‐quality, consistent, and fully compliant hiring delivery Define and execute the global talent Acquisition strategy, aligned it with business goals, workforce planning needs, and organizational growth priorities Oversee the end‐to‐end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and offering management to ensure operational excellence worldwide Drive AI‐enabled transformation of Talent Acquisition, leading the strategy, implementation, and scaling of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and data-driven decision-making Develop and embed a global headhunting and direct sourcing strategy, including market mapping, proactive talent pipelining, executive search governance, and engagement of critical talent segments Implement and ongoing optimize the Target Operating Model (TOM) to enhance efficiency, transparency, digital maturity, and global standardization of recruitment processes Provide functional leadership and governance for Talent Acquisition globally, setting standards, monitoring performance, and leading regional teams, leaders, and SMEs
Your profile Education: Successfully completed degree with a focus on business or humar resources Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in process management within Recruitment, Talent Acquisition,or related fields, preference in a shared services environment or a complex global organization Expertise: Proven track record in designing, standardizing, and implementing global processes, governance including performance frameworks Strong service orientation with a solution-driven mindset, capable of understanding stakeholder needs and operating effectively in demanding, fast-paced environment Proficiency in modern recruitment systems and tools, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR platforms Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver sustainable results within tight timelines Excellent analytical capabilities with experience in interpreting data, deriving actionable insights, and driving data-based process improvements
Language Skills: Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken Personality: Strategic mindset combined with the ability to quickly and effectively execute High flexibility and confidence in changing requirements and priorities Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in collaborating with senior leadership at the highest level Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain relationships internally and externally High level of initiative and openness to new ideas
