Site Manager Soil/Disposal Management (m/f/d)

For the alliance project ''Fehmarnsundquerung'', we are looking for a building manager:in (m/w/d) to ensure an economic, legally compliant and efficient material flow and soil management throughout the entire construction design: Core tasks in earth construction: Process and resource planning: planning of personnel and equipment use, transportation routes, storage and delivery areas. Mass determination and measurement: determination of excavation and installation quantities based on the design and construction time plan Support of the construction management in the control and optimization of the earth construction processes. Core tasks in material flow and soil management: Control and monitoring of all soil, material and material flows during construction Planning and optimization of intermediate warehouses, re-installation, recovery and disposal of soil masses Coordination of storage areas, transports and disposal and recovery capacities Evaluation of soil analyses and building land assessments to determine suitable recovery and disposal routes Ensuring compliance with legal, environmental and soil protection requirements and demonstration Contact person:in for construction management, contracting entities, authorities, experts and subcontractors, as well as the preparation of relevant evaluations and mass balances

Completed studies in civil engineering, environmental engineering, geosciences or comparable technical training Professional experience in earth construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or large project environment desirable knowledge of material flow, soil and mass management  Safe handling of soil analyses, ground assessments, mass determination and mass balance Knowledge of relevant environmental, waste and soil protection regulations Embossed organizational and analytical skills and a structured working method Communication strength and safe occurrence in handling clients, authorities, experts and project participants Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with design-specific software solutions High responsibility, cost and quality awareness and team skills driving licence class B
