For our Emergency Services Center, we are looking for you at the Bayreuth or Würzburg site as a legal employee (m/w/d) in healthcare. Treatment of complaints in emergency medical and emergency services Communication with complaints, doctors and associations Execution of notifications and preparation of disciplinary applications Accompanying the Opposition Committee under the opposition procedure Support in social court proceedings, correspondence with courts, legal persons and prosecutors Participation in criminal proceedings for the Health Office mit Rechtsexpertise in the matters of standby and emergency services as well as teams in legal issues

Ideally successfully completed first and second state exams for full-time lawyers (m/w/d) or comparable vocational training with extensive training and professional training as well as multiannual professional experience Ideally, experience in a field of activity close to members and services Very high level of flexibility, readiness to use, safe occurrence and very high social competence Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-responsible, independent and structured operation Willingness to travel and regional presence (m/w/d) in the health care sector, according to our collective agreement with the function name specialist (m/w/d).
