Coordination of requirements for future measuring instruments in cooperation with internal and external partners and development of concepts for their implementation in optical production

take on technical responsibility for innovative measurement technology projects and present work results independently

very well completed scientific or technical university studies (physics, engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or electrical engineering)

ideally first experience in optical measurement technology and in handling complex machines

Joy in the development, commissioning and support of high-precision measuring machines including their operation

good programming knowledge required for data analysis and troubleshooting

ideally experience in image analysis (segmentation, classification & object recognition)

strong communication and team skills, a structured way of working and a quick understanding
