The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees. The SOS Children's Village Schwarzwald is a combination of outpatient and (partial) stationary child and youth aids. There are currently two children's village families and five stationary children's and youth groups in Sulzburg, offers in the field of animal-based education, music education and art therapy, a day-care centre with hort, as well as outpatient, open, mobile and school-related assistance at a total of seven locations. In addition, the SOS-Kinderdorf Schwarzwald is the carrier of the Freiburger StrassenSchule in cooperation with the Freiburger Strassenschule e.V... For our SOS Children's Village Schwarzwald we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (10 hours/Where) As a social pedagogue for our specialized school support service, you will support up to ten children and young people aged 6 to 18 individually on their school path. In doing so, you create reliable learning structures, strengthen existing resources and help young people to tackle school challenges increasingly independently. individual school support for children and young people of different ages and types of school Support for building appropriate learning strategies and for homework and exam preparation Development and implementation of demand-oriented funding opportunities in individual and small group settings close cooperation with schools, teachers, caregivers and the educational teams of the SOS Children's Village Schwarzwald Advice and support in school challenges and questions Documentation of funding procedures and participation in funding and assistance planning conscientious implementation of the requirements for protection of children and persons
