System administration & operation O Installation, configuration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA (Cloud), the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and related services Monitoring & Performance Ö Monitoring of the SAP system landscape and performance including database and interface management Troubleshooting & Support Ö Analysis and Fixing Technical Disorders in Second and Third Level Support and Support for SAP Service Desk User management & training Ö Development and implementation of authorization concepts, management of users and roles and implementation of key-user training Updates, upgrades & security management O Backups, updates and release changes, patches and protection against unauthorized access Further development & international projects Ö With design of digital transformation, support for international SAP rollouts and close coordination with IT teams and specialist departments

Successfully completed studies in computer science, economic informatics, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification Reliable experience in SAP based project work, e.g. SAP S/4HANA Migrations or Conversion of On-Premise SAP System Landscapes into the Cloud Very good understanding of roles, user management and permissions Solution-oriented, structured and self-responsive operation as well as pronounced team capacity Personality with good communication skills and a high social competence Interest in new SAP technologies, cloud topics and an international business environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
