Comprehensive support, implementation and evaluation of hairdresser and salon tests for professional products, retail brands and future technologies Central interface function between hairdresser professionals and laboratory teams to ensure effective information and knowledge transfer Professional preparation of reports and presentations in German and English for internal and international stakeholders Structured consolidation and analysis of reports from the global CTI organization (Consumer Technical Insights) on the creation of comprehensive management reports Found analysis of test results, identification of relevant findings and derivation of data-based recommendations for product development and optimization Continuous development, optimization and standardization of test methods and evaluation processes Sustainable development of methodological understanding in the team through training, expert advice and knowledge exchange

Complete training in the hairdresser's handicraft as well as a study of cosmetics, hair research, consumer testing or a comparable subject Expressed analytical skills to interpret and understand complex facts Experience gained in creating clearly structured reports and presentations for different target groups High capacity for cross-departmental cooperation and the intermediation of technical and non-technical stakeholders Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
