Discipline and professional leadership and further development of team leaders Disposition and Backoffice Disposition Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction based on KPIs Ensuring efficient and timely deployment planning of service technicians taking into account capacities, qualifications and customer priorities Responsibility for the order installation, installation preparation and partial post-processing of service operations with timely control of follow-up operations Optimization of planning and back office processes with regard to efficiency, transparency and customer orientation Close cooperation with adjacent areas such as technology, sales and logistics Monitoring and reporting of relevant key figures, enhancement of KPI reporting Working on projects for digitization and automation of MRP and service processes

You have well-founded knowledge and multi-year experience in customer service, disposition or operations You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a service organization and are well familiar with the challenges and opportunities of change processes You bring proven experience in dealing with changing structures and organisational changes and understand how to safely guide teams through transformation phases You have already successfully implemented digitalization projects and have a strong understanding of technical tools and automation options Your communication and coordination skills are excellent – you can prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way and take all the participants with you You work structured, solution-oriented and recognize potentials for improvement in existing processes You have a well-founded knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and can use them specifically for process optimization You are able to present complex facts processually and to develop sustainable improvements
