Head of Metrology (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the Messwesen department with 24 employees and the fields of activity Counter change, installation of intelligent measuring systems, measurement data collection, execution of blockings and restarting operations Guided tour of the Backoffice team and the Master in the divisions of electricity, gas, water and district heating Strategic development of the department taking into account corporate strategy, technological trends, market requirements and regulatory requirements Ensuring legal and regulatory requirements and proactive communication with management and relevant units Defining the human structure, organisation and representation of the department to internal and external stakeholders Development and optimization of digital processes and tools as well as monitoring of new technologies (e.g. AI, Digital Twin, IIoT) Leadership, motivation and further development of employees including team building, conflict management, employee discussions and assessments Accountability for Budget and Economic Planning, Valuation Control, Auditing and Releases Installation and monitoring of relevant KPIs in coordination with the field management Management and responsibility of projects to implement larger technical projects

Completed studies, master or technical qualification in the field of energy management or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the energy industry At least 2 years of leadership experience, ideally in a structured organization with several teams Funded project experience, in particular in regulated areas Very good knowledge of GPKE, WiM, EEG, MsbG, EnWG, TAB and other relevant technical and legal requirements Knowledge of industry-specific IT systems, especially Wilken Energy Representative leadership, organisational and communication skills High earnings and target orientation, decision-making and enforcement Analytical thinking, structured work and pronounced time management Secure appearance, conflict resolution and high human knowledge Self-employed and reliable operation, self-initiative and rapid opinion Teamability, willingness to learn and willingness to take responsibility actively
