Manager Labour Relations (m/f/d)

You respect trusting relationships with our social partners and structure them in a targeted manner You actively and professionally shape the cooperation with our General Works Council as well as other relevant bodies, coordinate the work of the committee and negotiate targeted overall business agreements You strategically advise management and personnel management on all issues of labour law and co-determination, check the concept of location-related agreements versus GBVen and support with harmonised solutions You develop innovative action recommendations to solve complex legal challenges You actively promote the integration and implementation of AI and IT topics in the context of co-determination You identify potentials and risks early on and develop preventive measures

You have a completed academic education (master level or cf.) in law (in particular labour law) and have many years of experience in the field of labour relations, ideally in a large company or group environment. You are a strong network personality and connect yourself “ effortlessly” with relevant stakeholders You are used to control complex facts and to develop pragmatic solutions You convince by excellent negotiating skills and enforcement without losing sight of the partnership (Win-Win mentality) You work proactively and earnings-oriented in which you translate legal requirements into personal instruments You bring a high affinity to digital topics and are ready to actively shape the future of work
