You are responsible for the ATLAS ELEKTRONIK technology portfolio. You plan and develop the technology portfolio according to the portfolio strategy and corporate strategy. You coordinate the creation and maintenance of technology roadmaps and ensure their topicality. You monitor progress in quality, costs, dates and risks of projects and initiatives within the technology portfolio and report on it. You coordinate and tax the financing of activities within the technology portfolio. You take special projects and special tasks to further develop the OE.
You have a successfully completed university degree in natural or engineering sciences or a comparable degree. You can present several years of experience in Systems Engineering or in the development of technical products. You are characterized by excellent strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation and innovation. You have very good knowledge and experience in the planning, implementation and control of internal improvement projects. You can quickly capture complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems. You have a strong communication capability, work in a result-oriented manner and have a compromising capacity, enforcement capability and a keenness to decide. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
