Strengthen our team as:

You are the central point of contact for all questions concerning the condition and technical equipment of our building. You take responsibility for all technical processes and acquire a sound knowledge of all technical systems. The coordination, organisation and monitoring of all maintenance and maintenance work are your responsibility. Due to the careful monitoring of house technology, you make an important contribution to maintaining the value of our property. You are in close contact with technical service providers and work closely with other departments. The elimination of small defects as well as the professional execution of small repairs are your everyday work. You are willing to work as part of a stand-by service, which is, of course, appropriately remunerated.

Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the craft sector. You work independently, actively and independently as well as in the team. Reliability, flexibility and a friendly appearance are the key to you. You own a class B license.

You will receive an unlimited contract of employment in full time. 30 days holiday per year and two additional free days on 24.12. and 31.12. – if you have no service on these days. Otherwise you will get two compensation days. You receive a compensation based on the collective agreement. You get Sunday and holiday supplements. Tax-free allowance of 50 Euros: Optional employer grant to the ÖPNV, Pluxee Benefits Card or grant to the company fitness (Wellpass).
