The Bikeleasing Group is a growing group of companies and around 500 employees in Germany and Austria. In order to set up our Payroll & Compensation structures in a sustainable and scalable manner, we specifically build professional excellence in the People Team.As a senior payroll manager (gn), you are responsible for the operational payroll accounting as well as for the continuous improvement of the payroll processes. In addition to the correct monthly billing, you design reporting mechanisms, improve interfaces and optimierst processes – and make a decisive contribution to the further professionalization of our payroll landscape.

Your tasks You take the operational and professional responsibility for the monthly wage and salary billing of several companies of the Bikeleasing Group and ensure compliance with all wage tax, labour and social insurance requirements for our entities In the day-to-day business, you take care of the care, testing and coordination of all billing-relevant data in DATEV Lohn & Lohn as well as the interfaces to our HRIS Personio and to our accounting systems In parallel, you support the Finance Team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements by delivering data, information and evaluations With your colleague, you act as a central professional body towards finance, external tax advisors, auditors and social security institutions in tandem. You co-ordinately coordinate external payroll service providers (including Austria) and ensure consistent processes and quality In close coordination with People and Finance, you develop payroll-relevant tools, reporting logics and interfaces

Multiannual operational experience in payroll management, ideally in the context of a medium-sized group of companies Your very good knowledge of German pay tax and social security law sets You're safe in practice Safe handling of DATEV wage & salary is a must-have Very good knowledge of Personio are of advantage You think in structures, standards and scaling, not in individual cases – for which you will find pragmatic and slim (intermediate) solutions You can clearly classify, prioritize and communicate with your address If necessary, you will go to the professional lead and tax topics as well as implementation An independent, precise and reliable way of working out German language skills (at least C1) are required, as well as fluent English knowledge at least (at least B2)
