Expert in Building Information Modeling (BIM) (m/f/d)

At the next possible time, we are looking for you as a BIM expert:in the planning phase or construction (w/m/d) at DB InfraGO AG (Personenbahnhöfe) at the Hamburg or Hannover locations for the Nord regional area. you accompany our projects to effectively transfer BIM from planning to construction and gradually establish it in the day-to-day business of construction sites. Your tasks: You accompany the introduction and application of the BIM methodology along the complete project phase, from the planning phase to the construction of our construction projects at the transport stations in the Nord region You also support the project management to use BIM models, data and processes specifically for time, quality and cost management in the projects. As an interface between planning, construction design and project management, you ask for consistent use of BIM information You make sure that BIM requirements and standards are adhered to and applied pragmatically in the projects You will also accompany the projects in the creation of relevant BIM specifications, and you will agree with all relevant interfaces, e.g. on model use, attributes and data sharing and releases You support the design of tenders and contracts with focus on BIM performances in all phases As a multiplier:in training and empower project participants (e.g. project management, construction monitoring, contractors) in dealing with BIM tools and processes
