• Procurement and order processing - Advertising management and warranty processing - Telephone order acceptance - Preparatory accounting (auditing invoices, creation of customer invoices etc.) - Coordination of goods deliveries and operations of foreign companies - Support in the deployment planning of service technicians

• A completed training in the commercial sector or equivalent qualification - Communication strength and negotiation skills - Good knowledge in MS Office and goods management systems - good to very good German knowledge in word and writing - High level of service awareness - Organisational strength and team capacity
