For our tyre factory to renew truck and bus tyres (CLC), we are looking for reinforcement for production. The factory offers an interesting work area and a product that is located in the strategic area of sustainability and the conservation of environmental resources.

In this exciting environment, we now offer a job as a production employee (m/w/divers) to strengthen our motivated team. Depending on the qualification you expect the following tasks: Preparation of carcass, tools and machines for circular renewal Vulcanisation of tyres according to production plan and regulations Implementation of self-control on the manufactured products, possibly blocking of machines and products and information of the supervisors Implementation/participation/level of shift transfer. Communication and disclosure of new specifications and changes / instructions. ensure information exchange between team members and masters. Implementation of set-up and cleaning work Early recognition of disorders and self-introduction of countermeasures (retrieve and inform supervisors if necessary) Considering the safety requirements and work regulations, as well as all upstream and downstream processes readiness for flexible work at multiple jobs

Complete training in a craftsman's technical profession desirable First professional experience in the production environment desirable Motivation to work in a team First professional experience in the production environment Own responsibility, commitment & resilience High demands on the quality of work Good knowledge of German in word and writing Ready for shift work in 15 shifts The applications of disabled people are welcome.
