Controller Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

You take over tasks in the management accounting and check cost allocations and redistribution of economic and direct costs. You contribute to the management process and analyse cost structures for existing and new properties. To this end, you evaluate data, develop calculation bases and prepare decision and planning bases. You create evaluations, analyses and key figures for the current daily business, as well as for cross-disciplinary and short-term information needs. You assist in the preparation and preparation of the quarterly report and contribute to an address-oriented presentation of relevant control information. You develop and design management indicators in close coordination with internal departments. You identify digitalization potentials in management controlling, analyse existing processes and support the further development of data-based evaluation and reporting solutions in cooperation with the relevant departments and IT. You accompany the care and quality assurance of relevant data.

Compulsory requirements Completed university studies, preferably in the field of economics and administrative sciences or real estate and a comparable degree course As an alternative: a completed vocational training or other qualification with many years of relevant professional experience in the described field of work Appropriate professional experience in finance Application knowledge in an ERP system as well as secure knowledge in Microsoft Excel Identified cooperation and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders Conscientious, structured and self-responsible operation Self-employed and analytical approach to the processing of complex characteristics Clear, understandable and precise communication in German Required requirements Knowledge of Power BI and/or SAP Business Warehouse Experience in real estate management Interest in technical and digital topics High readiness and openness for new tasks and systems
