Definition and implementation of Mencks Roadmap for service quality and product reliability, tailored to the strategy of the Marine Foundations Business Line. Establishing a clear framework for reliability and service performance with measurable KPIs for device availability, service ability and life cycle performance. Function as senior responsible for quality and reliability to ensure compliance with Acteon standards and customer expectations. Monitoring the reliability engineering processes for menck hammers, additional devices, support systems and other product offers. Conducting systematic fault analyses and root-cause investigations for offshore and service events, including implementation of robust correction and prevention measures. Implementation of programs to increase reliability and test methods for continuous performance improvement. Translation of warranty and service data as well as customer feedback in feasible improvements for engineering and operational processes on site. Increase in offshore service quality, including device readiness, reaction times and team performance. Definition and monitoring of service quality KPIs (e.g. device availability, MTBF). Function as a central contact for key customers on quality and reliability issues to strengthen trust and long-term customer relationships. Promoting “Voice of the Customer” initiatives to return operational knowledge in product design and life cycle management. Head of cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, supply chain and HSE to increase reliability and service quality standards. Promote lean and six-sigma methods to reduce downtime, warranty and life cycle costs. Support for knowledge sharing and best practice sharing in global marine education projects. Building, support and leadership of a global team of reliability engineers, service quality specialists and experts for continuous improvement. Promoting a culture of responsibility, innovation and customer orientation within Menck and the entire Marine Foundations Business Line. Active participation in the Acteon leadership community to ensure that Menck plays a central role in the development of best practices within the group.

Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, marine engineering or reliability engineering (or a related field). 10+ years of experience in product reliability, service quality or technical leadership roles – ideally in offshore, oil & gas and heavy machinery sectors. Proven expertise in methods of reliability engineering. Found background in service operation under demanding conditions on site. Proven ability to lead global teams and to collaborate on engineering, operations and customer-oriented functions. Confidence with offshore operations, Marine Foundations as well as the associated quality and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholders management skills.
