The Municipality of Borsdorf, at the earliest possible time, will occupy the 3 years, first until 31.12.2028, temporary project Projektmanager (m/w/d)

data collection and analysis of energy-related information of publicly owned properties with the aim of identifying potential savings and implementing measures to increase energy efficiency, including: Consumption and ongoing consumption control Collection of all plan data of the properties to determine the actual state of energy and construction physics Review of energy procurement/contract controlling Technical monitoring of systems and organisational and operational measures to ensure an optimized operation Implementation of energy saving measures Creation of energy reports awareness of object users

Completed (specialist) university studies in the field of energy management or a comparable degree, e.g. as an engineer in the field of supply technology, heating ventilation air conditioning sanitary, architecture, civil engineering or environmental technology, or as a technician or master/in Preferably long-term professional experience in the same or similar position Current and well-founded expertise and, at best, many years of experience in the fields of supply technology, environmental education, energy procurement, energy generation and energy consumption Very good knowledge of relevant energy laws, regulations and related standards Analytical, conscientious and independent work, discipline, accuracy and a high degree of responsibility Cost- and environmental thinking and basic technical understanding Organizational and structured working Social skills such as team skills and very good communication skills Personal competencies such as self-management, flexibility and resilience as well as readiness for regular training
