The Institute of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratorium Medicine provides the UKE with clinical-chemical diagnostics with more than 150 employees. As an academic institution, the institute is active in biomedical research, in clinical studies and in the teaching of students of medicine, dental medicine and natural sciences. The Institute for Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine is now looking for an experienced secretariat (Senior) to provide administrative support, in particular in the fields of research and teaching, as well as to take over extended secretariat tasks within the framework of holiday representations. Administrative support for science-related topics, in particular in the field of research funding, third-party funding monitoring, 3R, procurement and organisation of conferences & service trips Support in the organization of student teaching Working in the office organization with good IT skills, ideally experience in dealing with SAP and database systems, maintaining the Institute's website Representation of employees with at least the E8 remuneration group in the administrative sector This position must be fixed for 2 years in parttime (19.25h/week).
