Full-time Export Clerk International Quotation and Order Entry (m/f/d)

Accept and process customer requests Calculate and create offers taking into account prices, conditions and delivery times Send and track offers to the customer Testing, processing and confirmation of customer orders Collection of all relevant order data in the system (e.g. customer data, order quantities, delivery date) confirm orders and forward them to the relevant departments Demand planning and production date monitoring Monitoring master data Cooperation with local sales managers, logistics and production planning

Commercial training: You have completed commercial training and ideally bring well-founded knowledge in the export sector. Experience in export: You have practical experience in international trade and know the processes in the export business. Language skills: your English skills in word and writing are good; further foreign language skills are advantageous. Usefulness & Own Responsibility: You are characterized by a high level of commitment and a responsible way of working. Self-employment & structure: You work independently, organize and keep track of changing requirements.
