For over 100 years, the youth hostels have represented values that enrich life. As a non-profit association we operate 47 youth hostels in the most beautiful places in Baden-Württemberg. We create moments and experiences that remain in our head and go to heart. In a family atmosphere, we work daily to meet this goal. The hostel Stuttgart International has 309 beds in 94 rooms and the hostel Stuttgart Neckarpark has 155 beds in 43 rooms. Acceptance and processing of requests from conference groups with corresponding supply creation.

Planning the meeting, creating tickets for the areas involved.

Organisational administration.

Acceptance and processing of requests from school classes and individual guests and families with programme requests.

Reservation and confirmation of corresponding guest bookings.

Organize the programs for school classes, book the program points with the external cooperation partners.

Create and calculate new package programs and modules.

Assistance and assistance at the reception.

You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry, the tourism sector or event management and ideally have several years of professional experience. You are the perfect host and have a structured, targeted and solution-oriented way of working. Team skills and social competence characterize you. Good IT skills, especially in the area of hotel reservation systems (ideally ASSD), as well as experience in dealing with MS Office are in your luggage. You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Further language skills are advantageous. You are ready for a 5-day week including Sunday and holiday services.
