Responsibility of the clinical evidence system and the IT landscape (hard and software) incl. Analysis and elimination of system disorders, master data management, introduction of innovations (test, documentation and implementation of new processes and software) Application-specific training and consulting of doctors, laboratory staff and scientific staff (MS Windows, MS Office, operating software such as finding system-Pas.net etc.) Creating evaluations and records, as well as responsibility for data transmission to external partners Internal contact person and technical assistance with the employees' current IT questions Support of central IT applications / IT services of the UKHD (e.g. for teaching, building management) Personal responsibility for IT employees Installation and creation of jobs

You have a relevant information Continuing training in the field of EDV successfully completed (system administrator, specialist informatics, etc.) and you have relevant and long-term professional experience (> 2 years) in the field of IT in the clinical-medical environment Your IT basic knowledge and your practical experience with end devices and software (e.g. MS Office, Windows 10 & 11 etc.) is very good and your knowledge in dealing with clinical workstation systems (KIS / SAP / Pas.net) are distinct You have a pronounced service level with respect to users and a strong communicative ability to communicate knowledge to users with particular attention to clinical requirements You work independently as well as engaged and are team-ready, flexible and resilient
