(debate group 13 collective agreement for public service (TVöD); 39 hours a week) a period of three years. The Chair of Electronics deals with electronic components, circuits and systems, the focus being on characterization and modeling and simulation of semiconductor components.

Development and optimization of mathematical and physical models of modern, in particular power-electronic components Measuring technical characterization of components Implementation of models of electronic components in circuit simulators Creation of scientific texts and publications Participation in planned publications Participation in teaching in the scope of basically 3.0 trimester week hours Possibility of further scientific qualification (e.g. promotion) Management of general and academic activities in academic self-government
