The Landesverein für Innere Mission in Schleswig-Holstein is a diaconic complex owner with about 4,000 employees and employees. In the field of participation, we accompany, assist and promote people with disabilities and mental illnesses in our facilities, housing and workshops and together develop ways for equal and self-determined participation in life, society and working life.

In the Segeberger workshops we work at various locations for people with disabilities in the areas of vocational education, work, housing and leisure.

Your job:

• Supporting group management in the organization, coordination and implementation of daily workflows
• guidance, support and practical support of employees in the processing of work orders
• support for nursing measures in basic care, assisting and caring activities in the context of individual needs of employees
• Promoting the individual skills, skills and development of employees according to their personal support needs
• Preparation and provision of jobs, materials, tools and tools for daily job processing
• monitoring of work quality and ensuring compliance with predetermined standards and procedures
