Principal Security Architect (m/f/d)

Definition, development and enforcement of corporate security architecture as an integral part of enterprise architecture Responsibility for architectural security decisions with direct influence on business processes, risk exposure and compliance Participation as a voting member in architecture, risk and governance bodies (e.g. Architecture Board, Risk Committees) Ensuring the binding integration of security and privacy-by-design principles into all relevant IT, cloud, OT and digitalization initiatives Architectural support of mission-critical programs (e.g. cloud transformation, zero-trust initiatives, OT-modernisation) Translation of regulatory and normative requirements (e.g. TISAX, ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, BSI) into concrete, implementable architecture specifications Assessment and strategic classification of new technologies (e.g. Zero Trust, IAM, EDR, SIEM, SASE, Cloud-Native Security) Definition of target architectures and roadmaps for the further development of security architecture Close coordination with the SOC and the Incident Response and operative security teams to ensure holistic security concepts

Education: Successfully completed studies in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification Professional experience: at least 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in security, enterprise or infrastructure architecture Professional competencies: detectable experience in the definition and responsibility of company-wide architecture standards Security architecture frameworks and principles (Zero Trust, Defense in Depth) Very good knowledge of network, cloud, application and OT security Understanding Enterprise Architecture Methods (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate)

Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills Personality: High competence in consulting executives and bodies at strategic level Extensive understanding of regulatory, economic and organisational relationships Very high communication and enforcement capability
