in the St. Elisabethen-Klinikum Ravensburg on 01.06.2025 in full or part-time, for the first time on parental leave. As a team, the HR department of the Oberschwabenklinik supervises the approximately 2,800 employees of the Klinikverbund in all phases of the employment relationship, from application and onboarding to the time economy, monthly salary billing, personal changes, personnel development measures and employee benefits to the occupational retirement provision.

Management of internal / external job invitations incl. Selection of appropriate channels for their specific dissemination Management of incoming profiles and communication to the departments Contact person for interested persons and applicants during the application procedure, if necessary also in questions of the fields of work/residence/vocational permission Conducting collective bargaining of application profiles Organisation, booking and auditing of labour in employee registration Responsibility for the internal personnel recovery programme '' Employees' Required participation in personal marketing events as well as implementation of personal marketing measures in coordination with the 'Marketing and Communication' section

Complete university studies with economic or social science focus and reference to human resources, as an alternative to relevant vocational training with a few years of professional experience (First) Experiences in Recruiting / Human Resources Structured operation Written and oral communication skills Experience in dealing with common office applications and working with online portals
