The Department of Foreign Armed Forces (LaS) of Kaiserslautern is assigned to the Division 23 “Safety and Order, Foundations, Wages Office of Foreign Armed Forces” of the Supervisory and Service Directorate. To support our team at LaS, we are looking at the Kaiserslautern site at the next possible time a:n Head of Unit:in “IT” (m/w/d) Unlimited, full time, EC 12 TV-L, or up to A 12 LBesG The LaS is with 60 employees: an outside office of the supervisory and service director, based in Kaiserslautern. It is nationally responsible for the calculation and payment of the wages and salaries of civil servants in stationing forces (SSK) and NATO and also for the calculation and payment of the travel costs of civilian workers and of the benefits under the social security collective agreement (TaSS) for former workers of the armed forces. We are looking for a field management responsible for the subject areas “Information and Communication Technology” (IuK), “Fachliche Datenverarbeitung” and “Quality Assurance”.

completed studies at a university in the field of computer science or Course examination for the third entry office of the Department of Administration and Finance at least three years of practical experience in the relevant field; and Funded knowledge in the fields: programming/programming languages, network technologies, server administration, virtualization, IT security, SAP base administration.
