You are friendly, communicative and the customer is important to you? You feel comfortable in the “sandwich” position as a taxman (all genders) between customers and technicians? Then you'll fit us! We ensure the carefree IT operation of our customers, whether in our own data centers, in the cloud, in client management or in the network at the customer's own location. As a service manager (all genders) you are the interface between our customers, the technical DATAGROUP specialist teams and the DATAGROUP sales. Your task: As a taxman (all genders) for your customers, you are asking for a smooth running of the existing services in the daily business. From ticket processing to support new requirements, you have everything in mind. In this context, you work closely with the technical specialist teams and provide a sustainable understanding of customer requirements. You can easily network and bring different specialist teams together. You take the communication with customers as well as the sales unit to ensure high customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. The concept of service should be at your top. Last but not least, you accept customer requirements, create offers and make sure that our services are billed correctly and transparently.

You have an education or study in the IT field, or you have an equivalent qualification (admission is also possible). You are a team player (all genders) with very good communication skills and high liability. You have first professional experience in IT, with the willingness to incorporate you into new technologies. You have several years of professional experience in cooperation with customers. You have first experience in managing and coordinating different teams in a company. You have a high degree of self-employment and sense of responsibility, self-initiative and the will to advance things. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
