Project Technician (m/f/d)

Actively shape future technical and digital projects – from plant modernizations and investment projects to the introduction of new technologies, resources and software solutions. Excess responsibility in projects and support in planning, coordination, economic considerations (ROI/CAPEX) until successful implementation in production – on time, in a defined scale and within the planned budget. Analyze processes and advance improvements, identify optimization potentials, and participate in lean, PPE and digitization initiatives to increase efficiency and quality. Work with different teams across the range and coordinate the cooperation between production, technology, maintenance, IT and external partners. Ensure transparency and sustainable results through data evaluations, key figures analyses, project documentation and compliance with quality, safety, hygiene and environmental standards.

(m/w/d) or a study in a comparable field. First professional experience in technical project management, in production technology or digitization of advantage. Analytical, structured and solution-oriented methods. Technical understanding and interest in production processes and their optimization. Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of ERP, MES or maintenance systems is desirable. Teamability, self-initiative and independent working. Hands-on mentality and joy in implementing projects directly in production. Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English.
