• Check and edit refund claims in the area of payments and other benefits
• Reimbursement claims to insured persons, legal persons, institutions and inheritors
• Telephone consultation and correspondence with insured persons, inheritors, lawyers, legal persons and other social security institutions
• Record and edit fictional memberships of social assistance recipients

Your profile

• Complete vocational training for the merchant in health care or for the social security specialist or comparable training
• Knowledge of performance, administrative and social law
• Safe handling of current digital communication channels
• Good communication skills
• Embossed service and customer orientation
• High operational readiness
• Self-employed, independent and structured work
