This makes this job interesting to me: I am responsible for coordinating and developing operational risk management in the company-wide context. I get exciting insights and gain valuable experience in a company of critical infrastructure. My tasks: I make incoming risk reports plausible and support in evaluation, I carry out regular risk inventory as well as training with the departments, I prepare specific risk attitudes (e.g. scenarios, developments, focus topics) to address, I work closely with the decentralised risk management systems as well as the strategic risk management of 50Hertz and regularly exchange with the Elia Group risk management, I communicate safely and tailored to all hierarchical levels and adapt to various technical topics, I independently manage and develop IT-supported risk acquisition, I support the implementation of corporate governance, risk and compliance.
