Our team ''Seminar Management'' in the department ''Personal Development and Sales Training'' is responsible for all supporting activities in continuing education and training management and plays an important role in the continuing training activities of the Sparkasse KölnBonn.

Your tasks – we will inspire you Together with the team, you are the central contact person for all colleagues from Sparkasse KölnBonn on questions of seminar management, the management of digital learning content and the educational controlling within our digital learning world. You support the administration of our digital learning world (Helix) and are a contact point for questions, especially for the use of digital learning content. When you adapt Helix to new requirements as well as carry out tests within the framework of support requests and updates, you will find new requirements. You continuously manage and advise the content in our learning world and take over the ongoing documentation of our constantly growing digital offering as well as the coordination and management of contracts with service providers. You’re working with functional tests from Web Based Training, adapting digital learning content to Articulate Rise and providing it in the Helix learning world.
