Participation in the organisation and implementation of occupational safety, including support for managers in matters and tasks of general occupational safety Planning and organisation of occupational medical examinations and follow-up of results Inspection and documentation of all documents relating to occupational and fire protection Planning and organisation of training and courses for occupational and fire protection for the branch Preparation, organisation, preparation and maintenance of meetings Cooperation with the specialist for occupational safety

Graduated commercial, technical or comparable vocational training, preferably with a focus on occupational safety, personnel or administration, or similar or equivalent skills acquired by professional experience Multiannual practical experience in occupational safety Good MS-Office knowledge as well as basic knowledge SAP or in a similar commodity management program or learning management system (LMS) Very good German knowledge That would be desirable: Knowledge of occupational safety Your personal strengths include: A high level of initiative, willingness to design and organizational talent are among your strengths Embossed social and communicative competence
