The Impuls Reha & Arbeit gGmbH, headquartered in Hamburg Mitte, is looking for you as an employee (m,w,d) for the participants' live accounting with financial accounting skills Reference number: 2026.TNL The impulse Reha & Arbeit gGmbH offers a wide range of measures of different training and work opportunities for people with mental illnesses. It is an organisation of occupational rehabilitation for people with mental illnesses and providers of vocational training and the work area of another service provider recognized by the Federal Employment Agency and the German Pension Insurance. In order to expand our team, we are looking for a specialist (m,w,d) for our Participant Livelihood Accounting and as support for internal financial accounting. The place is to be occupied in part-time or full-time (min. 20h/where). A termination of the employment contract is sought.

Your main tasks in the TN-Lohn include: Processing and preparation of participants' sons, in particular workshop wages/WfbM in accordance with applicable guidelines Regular notifications of wage changes to the external pay tax office Testing of sample accounts Ensuring correct pay tax and social insurance legal settlements Collection, examination and processing of fees, allowances, deductions and additional benefits Maintenance of master data Processing of German tickets Processing of RV notifications to the authorities Account clarification in the Accounting Program Simba Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in coordination with the tax office Contact person:in for participants, other departments and the external pay tax office The main tasks in preparing financial accounting include: Processing and verification of payment transactions Preparation and implementation of creditor and debitor accounting Invoicing checks, including processing of the digit. Invoicing receipt Account clarifications, management of OP lists and dunning Creation of monthly booking data lists Support for annual accounts Creation of billing and closing accounts for cost-beneficiaries SV calculations with cost object

Closed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist, office clerk) or comparable qualification Experience in the field of participation residence, workshop wages or comparable wage types Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel ideally knowledge of the accounting software SBS-Lohn and in the accounting program Simba Practical experience in financial accounting Careful, structured operation and discretion in handling sensitive data Communication strength, team capacity and willingness to further develop Networked and analytical thinking, high number affinity Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
