In your role, you take care of the planning and implementation of shop building projects, whether for new openings or remodeling, and make sure that everything goes smoothly even when closing. Your qualification is based on a completed study of architecture or interior architecture, or you have a comparable qualification You bring with you several years of experience in shop construction or construction/project management and you know the VOB as well as the relevant standards and regulations Your well-founded knowledge of the technical building equipment (TGA) and your safe handling of AutoCAD and SketchUp You are ready to travel for projects within Germany and Austria, and have experience in managing complex projects You have enforcement strength, negotiation security and economic thinking, complemented by a structured and self-responsive way of working Very good German skills complete your profile
