Project management & coordination Support of the decerent in the overall coordination of the fusion project Development and monitoring of the project plan, time and action controlling Coordination with the participating departments, clinic lines and external consultants and experts and participating ministries and funding agencies Strategic planning Cooperation in the development of strategic options for the fusion and reuse of the old site Supporting the development and evaluation of organisational and legal forms, process and structural models Accompanying the creation of e.g. economic analysis, tax issues and company reviews Organizational transformation Design and support of change processes, in particular with regard to the employees of the RNK company Development of communication and participation strategies for employees and the public in coordination with the subject area “Communication and Coordination” and the press office of the KW Reporting & committee work Compilation of reports, presentations and presentations for the relevant decensor for meetings of political bodies Organisation and moderation of working groups and workshops Close cooperation with political decision-makers, administration, clinic management and external specialist planners and experts, unless reserved for the competent doctor
