Our financial accounting team contributes significantly to the financial management and transparency of our company. We are responsible for the processing of input and output accounts, document management and revision-proof archiving. A special focus is on the support of digital billing sports and the optimization of automated workflows for efficient processing.

As a central contact person, you can supervise and optimize the electronic billing channels (creditorically and debitorically), the digital and physical archiving and the document sharing processes including the associated master data. Ensure efficient and law-compliant processing. By developing practical guidelines, sound analyses and meaningful reports, you contribute significantly to the continuous improvement and efficiency improvement of the financial processes. Business, tax and accounting questions are handled independently and provide a targeted knowledge transfer to internal and external contact persons. In the day-to-day business, the team supports you and ensures a smooth running of the accounting processes. In addition, you contribute your expertise to sector-related projects and actively contribute to the further development and digitization of our financial processes.

Completed business studies or completed commercial training with continuing training to the farmer and at least three years of professional experience in accounting or financial accounting Knowledge of electronic invoice processing (e.g. XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) and the digitization and automation of accounting processes taking into account GoBD and relevant tax requirements Secure handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP (even as a key user), and very good MS Excel know-how High IT affinity, innovative spirit and analytical understanding for the optimization of digital financial processes Embossed organizational and communicative skills as well as negotiation-proof German (C2)
