Controlling Manager Retail Real Estate (m/f/d)

As part of the asset management team, you take control for shopping centers, one of the most exciting asset classes in the real estate industry. As a central interface for all center-specific information and analyze the incoming data, go with the corresponding data Departments in exchange and displays optimization potentials. You are responsible for the creation and analysis of income and cost-effectiveness accounts as well as for the liquidity and financial planning of the shopping centers and for the necessary reporting for our national and international investors and financing banks. As a competent contact person (m/w/d), you support the ongoing decision-making processes in close cooperation with the asset manager to ensure the optimal commercial management of the shopping center. You have the pleasure of bringing your know-how into the further development of our controlling, working with overarching projects and constantly expanding your horizon.

You have successfully completed an economic study with the focus on controlling, financing or investment. You have a well-founded professional experience in the field of controlling, ideally in the real estate industry, with communication joy, self-initiative and solution-oriented action. In the topics Investment and Economic Accounting you are fit. With key figures and basic accounting relationships as well as corresponding IT systems (ideally in SAP), you know well. You bring analytical competence, IT affinity (further tools we work with: Power BI, immopac, Excel), a pronounced understanding of services and very good knowledge of German and English.
