Your tasks:

Programming, setting up and operating CNC milling machines (e.g. Hurco)

Processing of production orders according to technical drawings and work plans

Creation and optimization of CNC programs

Racks of machines with tools, workpieces and clamping means

Monitoring the manufacturing process and quality control of components with measuring means

Documentation of test results and ensuring dimensional accuracy

Maintenance and maintenance work on the machines

Internal material transport with industrial trucks

Your profile:

Complete training as cutting, precision or industrial mechanic or comparable qualification

Multiannual practice in handling CNC turning and/or milling machines

Secure reading of technical drawings as well as routined handling of measuring instruments

Knowledge of CNC programming, ideally experience with Hurco controls such as WinMax, WinMax 5 or UltiMax

Self-employed, careful and responsible work
