As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. IT Expert Military IT - Mobile Device Management (MDM) (m/w/d) from now on and in full time, nationwide at a BWI location. The “International, Mission & Training” (IM&T) department is close to the Bundeswehr and supports exercises and operations at the tactical and operative level. In addition to consulting, development and support for individual IT solution approaches of specific military projects, we offer the Bundeswehr expertise in the field of IT that is near-use.

Installation, configuration and operation of an autonomous mobile device management (MDM) including error analysis and repair for service functions of smartphones, tablets and related apps (Android/Linux) Guidance and training for IT specialists from the Bundeswehr in the IT training center of the Bundeswehr in Lohheide and also on site at the service, training and deployment sites of the Bundeswehr Planning, implementation and refurbishment of IT support of the Bundeswehr on site in exercises, equivalent obligations and operations in Germany and abroad Presentation of basic knowledge and basic principles in the field of tactical management information systems as well as the creation, maintenance and development of documentation and training documents Cooperation and regular exchange with architectural and product managers and with the customer to take into account practical aspects

Completed training or studies in the IT environment About 2 years of relevant professional experience and well-founded knowledge in the areas of mobility and network, ideally along with corresponding certifications in mobility and/or network Experience with tactical communication systems of the Bundeswehr and an understanding of military tasks and regulations Good moderation, presentation and communication skills, readiness to learn, frustration tolerance and responsible working German and good English skills, country-wide readiness to travel mostly for one week, class B licence
