As a Trade Compliance Officer – Monitoring & Reporting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with global Customs and Trade Compliance regulations. You will develop monitoring strategies, enhance reporting systems, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your key responsibilities Compliance Monitoring & Risk Assessment: Analyze and assess potential risks in customs and compliance processes through regular audits and monitoring activities. Process Improvement: Oversee customs and trade compliance control procedures, refining and expanding existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize tools such as SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other business intelligence platforms to track compliance performance. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to implement best practices, ensuring adherence to compliance policies. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with customs regulations and compliance laws, integrating new requirements into internal processes. Additional Responsibilities Develop, maintain, improve global compliance documents (Guidelines, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures). Design and analyze surveys to evaluate compliance effectiveness. Prepare and deliver presentations for senior stakeholders.

Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, International Trade, or a related field – or equivalent experience in monitoring compliance and reporting. Strong expertise in reporting systems search as Power BI, SAP SAC, or similar tools. Familiarity with customs and trade compliance processes is a plus. Fluency in German and English (written & spoken). Proficiency in MS Office, especially SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Passion for analytic datas, structured workflows, and process optimization. Your Strengths Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and presentation abilities. Ability to translate data into actionable insights. Team player with high self-motivation and flexibility. High attention to detail and structured, goal-oriented mindset. Moderate willingness to travel.
