Independent planning, organisation and implementation of hospitations: You are an all-rounder and control the planning and execution of a variety of trainings, training events and workshops and ensure that all the details are correct – in advance and on site Implementation of work visits and company presentations: You guide our participants through our work and present our company in presentations – both in German and in English Support for participants: You represent the company and are the central contact person for our national and international event participants, both before, during and after the event Contact for sales and marketing: You are also happy to support all stakeholders with advice and action

Education: Completed commercial training in event management or completed studies in event management, tourism management, communication. Professional experience: Experience in the above-mentioned areas is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary – also professional beginners and graduates are welcome. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Soft SkillsCommunicative Competence & Intercultural Strength: You are a team player, communicate safely on an international level and professionally and empathically with different people. Organizational talent / Working method: You work structured, are flexible and keep an overview of several parallel topics and set priorities confidently. Own initiative & resilience: You work independently, stay calm even in hectic situations – and you can see blood and find yourself well in clinical environments such as surgery. Problem-solving mentality: The guest does not appear, the laptop does not connect or the hospital stumbles? No problem for you, I'm sure you stay in the saddle! For this position, we require a class B driver's license, as occasional trips are necessary within the scope of your activity.
