In your function, you will ensure project financing and the creation of financing bases in the Schwerin / Neustrelitz portfolio When developing and updating financing/crossing agreements, you will participate; you are also responsible for requesting funds under the closed financing agreements The development of applications for a declaration of safety/planning change is also one of your tasks, such as conducting project-accompanying discussions with the contributors together with the technical project management. The fair and timely use of the funds in the assigned project sections is safe You prepare the cost advances, keep the timely and proper preparation of the annual proofs of use and accompany the usage checks Approval documents (e.g. resolution templates), cost planning, pending awards and contract changes are audited by you in financial terms You show financial risks and you suggest counter-control measures

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed study, for example as a farmer:in, economic engineer:in or civil engineer:in; Alternatively, you have a comparable completed commercial training with corresponding professional experience in cost management of projects or Engineering contracts You have first experience in commercial support and cost management of infrastructure or construction projects, ideally in the field of transport / rail; Practical knowledge in VOB, contract law and BGB are desirable With the usual software applications like MS Office you can handle routined, good knowledge in SAP as well as ideally dealing with iTWO would be a big plus You have a pronounced self-employment, structured, careful and result-oriented way of working Communication strength, sense of responsibility, enforcing ability, team capacity and high load capacity add a profile An affinity for technical topics and complex projects, as well as a pronounced quality, cost and time awareness You bring the willingness to work at the Schwerin site on several days a week, depending on requirements.
