Ensure successful project implementation (scope, time, budget) and further development of project management structuring, planning and control of the project contents from start-up to finish as part of a high-quality project management Management of project risks and overarching dependencies in compliance with regulatory requirements Conduct interdisciplinary project teams and taxes of external service providers based on a structured project plan and a clear project setup Preparing and moderating project bodies to make decisions at management level as well as maintaining exchanges with contracting, platform management and relevant stakeholders Establishing a trusted cooperation in the interdisciplinary project team as well as with expertise and IT and focusing all activities on project success

Completed economic or STEM studies or equivalent qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management, e.g. in the financial sector or consulting, as well as project management certifications (e.g. IPMA Level C or higher) Expertise in the capital market, methodological skills and (scientific) leadership experience Commitment, enthusiasm and enforcing skills to achieve and guide interdisciplinary teams Efficient, result-oriented aging and communicating at eye level as well as reliable German (C1) and English (B2) in word and writing Analytical, entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking for the proactive design of further developments Continuous further development of own competences and openness for new
