We are looking for a carglass replacement division at the Gelsenkirchen site

Supervisor (m/w/d) leadership, motivation and qualification of the warehouse team to ensure an optimal flow of goods Monitoring compliance with occupational safety, accident prevention and safety regulations Implementation of regular safety visits Organisation and implementation of safety instructions and training Detection of risks and introduction of appropriate risk mitigation measures Analysis and processing of accidents at work, pathways and near-uses to improve safety Participation in the creation, updating and control of risk assessments

Master (m/w/d) in the field of logistics/storage or commercial or technical training, supplemented by a further training in the field of warehouse management Finded professional experience in a comparable position and leadership experience Knowledge in dealing with an IT-supported goods management system, ideally SAP High level of communication strength, team capacity and customer orientation High levels of enforcement, readiness to use and self-initiative Self-employed and earnings-oriented work
