These tasks are waiting for you as Chief Executive Officer (m/w/d) ...

• They are directly assigned to the Chairman of the Board of Management and support the Board in organizational and administrative tasks.
• They take over the coordination and preparation of meetings with Sparkassenorgan, the management round or in the context of exam meetings and supervise the protocol topics.
• They support the project management of Sparkasse Rheine and keep in mind the capacities, reporting and progress of the projects.
• For strategic decisions, create presentations, analyses and reports. You will also deal with the processing of basic questions (including KWG, Sparkassenrecht).
• They communicate with internal and external stakeholders and operate interface management.

• They are ideally trained as a bank businessman (m/w/d), they are happy to complete the degree to the farmer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. We are also pleased to further promote you as a young talent.
• You know the workflows and organization within a credit institution. Ideally, you already bring knowledge in the field of supervisory law and the institutions within a savings bank.
• Your high communication skills in word and writing, self-organization and conscience are excellent.
• You have a strong entrepreneurial and analytical thinking and you act loyal, discreet and reliable in this trust position.
