We are looking for

indefinitely in full time (parttime possible). Your tasks with us: Ensuring an economic and energy efficient operation of buildings and industrial installations Administrative organisation of building management in the fields of energy management and maintenance Review of existing properties for building conservation Coordination, planning and implementation of planned maintenance activities at/in buildings Implementation of legal requirements and operator responsibility for buildings and technical installations Proper planning, coordination, organisation, implementation and documentation of maintenance and maintenance measures (building, heating, plumbing, electric, RLT climate, building fire protection) Organisation, coordination and control of order triggering to external service providers, as well as their monitoring, control, acceptance and accounting Project control for maintenance and new construction projects in the area of TGM or Coordination of the engineering offices, specialist planners and service providers responsible for the project business This will inspire us: High- or specialist college degree with a focus on building and energy management or comparable training Possible professional experience in technical property management or in technical real estate management Experiences in the planning and realization of renovation and maintenance projects as well as in the construction management Comprehensive knowledge of CAFM and MS Office applications as well as contract and building law Know-how about HOAI/VOB, Safety Regulation, VDI's, DIN, UVV's etc. High customer and service orientation Self-employed, solution-oriented and structured work as well as pronounced sense of cost and responsibility driving licence class B We offer you: Every single person with us does a lot and we appreciate that.
