With 13 clinics – including six university clinics and various institutes and specialist departments – as well as approx. The Pius-Hospital Oldenburg is the largest Catholic hospital in the northwest of Germany. To strengthen our team we are looking for a dedicated Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

in full or part-time, which, in addition to nutrition-therapeutic expertise, brings above all joy in the practical work in the kitchen and in ensuring a high quality food offer.

Preparation and portioning of dietary components according to therapeutic requirements Quality control and active participation in the meals distribution band Care, processing and evaluation of the menu detection system (JOMOsoft) Ensuring hygienic standards, cleaning of your own work area and consistent implementation of the HACCP concept Implementation of nutritional advice and individual co-species for stationary patients Documentation and reporting on the course of nutritional measures

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Funded knowledge in dietary therapy for different diseases Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) Experience with electronic menu detection systems, ideally JOMOsoft Routine in dealing with common office applications Ready for weekend and holiday services
